APRIL 2022 Hypnobirthing Australia™ Classes on the Southern Gold Coast.
This is the Positive Birth Program™ Course, taught by me, face to face, in a group setting.
A fantastic way to connect with like minded parents and birth partners. A wonderfully in depth program, taught over 2 Sundays, with a small lunch break between Units. Unit 1 & 2 are run on day one and Unit 3 & 4 are run on day two.
Just some of the techniques you will learn include:
-Breathing techniques
-Acupressure
-Movement
-Self hypnosis
-Guided Meditations
-Practical tips for the birth partner, such as light touch massage
-Fear release sessions

The course includes a lunch break. Please bring your own lunch or prepare to eat out nearby in Coolangatta.
